Jet Luxe Partners With Forbes Travel Guide On Service Standards
Jet Luxe has announced the implementation of its global service excellence standards, developed in partnership with Forbes Travel Guide, the global fiveStar hotel expert, to improve service delivery.
The announcement follows the completion by Jet Luxe of an extensive internal service training program led by the Forbes Travel Guide learning and development team.

Jet Luxe’s new service excellence standards will be rolled out in all of its business units from January 2022
and will cover its charter, aircraft management and global concierge service. This reinforced approach guarantees a highly controlled and quality customer experience and aims to provide Jet Luxe customers with a structure to measure quality.
