TT Travel Pass users are notified of system upgrades

The National ICT Company of Trinidad and Tobago (iGovTT) has released the following update regarding the TT Travel Pass:

The TT Travel Pass site remains fully functional and available to members of the traveling public arriving at the borders of Trinidad and Tobago. Normal service delivery continues to be available on the online portal this weekend (February 4-7, 2022). We welcome candidate feedback regarding the system and note that in some cases system verification emails are filtered to spam or junk folders, affecting usability. As part of ongoing system improvements, we are working to mitigate this issue, but in the meantime, users are advised to check these records when finalizing the application process.

Returning nationals and non-nationals are reminded to visit the portal at to obtain the appropriate clearance before traveling to Trinidad and Tobago.

Inbound travelers using the TT Travel Pass are notified of updates to the app.

The update was relayed via TTconnect earlier today, notifying customers of the development:

“In order to continue to provide you, our valued customers, with reliable service, our support team is currently undertaking upgrades to the TTravelPass app. Therefore, until the end of the business day on Monday February 7, 2022, please check your Spam/Junk folder for the TTravelPass One Time Password (OTP) if it is not in your inbox.”
